Shipping Times

• Accessories: up to 15 days.
• Custom / special orders: 4–20 weeks (estimated lead time provided at the order event).

United States & Canada

Orders over $5,000 include complimentary curbside delivery and insurance within the continental United States and Canada. Customs clearance, and tariff charges are included in the total delivery fee. Customers are responsible for paying VAT or sales tax, where applicable.

Complimentary shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico; these regions require a separate delivery charge.

European Union

Shipping, insurance, customs clearance, and tariff charges are included in the total delivery fee. Customers are responsible for paying any VAT charged by the issuing European Atelier.

Rest of World (ROW)

For all other international destinations, Milano Villa arranges shipping and full-value insurance on your behalf. Shipping and insurance charges are included in the delivery fee shown at checkout or on your quotation. Local customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees must be paid directly by the customer to their customs and taxing authorities.

Title and risk of loss transfer to all customers when the goods are released to the international carrier.

Delivery Process

All shipments are insured. Please inspect items upon delivery and report any damages within 48 hours.

White Glove Service includes delivery to the room of choice (ground floor or elevator access). Assembly, hoisting, stair carry, and window removal are not included. If access is restricted, delivery defaults to curbside.

Customers are responsible for measuring all access points (doorways, elevators, stairwells) before ordering. At least 2 inches of clearance is recommended.

We will contact you to schedule delivery once your order reaches the local depot. Missed appointments may incur re-delivery fees.

We ship worldwide, except where restricted by law or logistics.
